Jonathan’s Landing in Braintree is often said to have been built in 2014/2015 but there is more to the story. While Pulte Homes completed 7 of the 8 buildings in 2014 and 2015, the original building, 414 John Mahar Highway in Braintree was built by another developer all together and boasts completely different floorplans and finishes than the rest of the development.

The layouts you will find in the Pulte portion of the project are 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom exclusively. Most of these units do offer a surprising amenity though, an extra den/office space which is the size of a traditional bedroom, however, as it sits on the interior of the units with no windows it is not considered a legal bedroom.
